"Ivan da Marya" in Baku is a gastronomic pub in Azerbaijan that combines a new take on classic Russian cuisine and 100 of the best examples of Russian and foreign craft beer.

The gastropub uses only local farm products and modern technologies, preserving the beneficial properties of dishes and drinks as much as possible.

The interior design of the gastropub is created in an eclectic style with elements of Russian folklore.

When choosing the name, we were inspired by the history and peculiarity of the flower of the same name: one flower cannot exist without another, because if one of the buds is plucked, the plant will inevitably die. The harmony of food and drink is indivisible, just like the buds of the Ivan da Maria flower.

This is the concept of our gastropub - we treat guests not only to delicious dishes, but also to excellent beer. This is how our slogan appeared - “Craft from Vanya, bread from Mani”, which conveys all the symbolism and unity of these components.
